Start Technician
Position Summary
The Seasonal Start Technician is responsible for delivering a 5-star customer experience to new customers by performing initial pest control services, including the application of chemicals and manual treatment methods to eliminate pest activity.
Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough indoor and outdoor initial pest control treatments for new customers, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Engage with customers to clearly explain service features and benefits while delivering exceptional customer service and support.

  • Follow assigned routes, communicate effectively with office staff and managers, and maintain accurate service records.

  • Maintain equipment, vehicle, and safety gear in proper working condition, while utilizing technology to manage appointments and customer information.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • 1+ years of customer service experience, preferred.

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.

  • Possess a valid driver's license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of this role.

  • Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

This position offers an hourly base pay of $16.00, plus additional compensation opportunities. Please note that actual earning beyond base pay will vary based on sales.
