Position Summary

The Service Technician delivers exceptional customer service during scheduled maintenance appointments byinspecting forpest activity, providing effective treatment solutions, and building lasting customer relationships. This role helps ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication, attention to detail, and consistent service excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments using approved products and methods while following all safety guidelines and PPE requirements.

  • Inspect properties for signs of pest activity,identifytreatment needs, and recommendappropriate solutionsto address customer concerns.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by explaining treatments, answering questions,maintainingaccurateservice records, and communicating with the office as needed.

  • Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles to ensure operational readiness and service quality.

  • Follow company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards whileutilizingtechnology to manage appointments and service documentation.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 1+ years of customer service experience, preferred.

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.

  • Possessa valid driver's license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of the role.

  • Earn andmaintainstate-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

This position offers an hourly base pay range of $21.00, plusadditionalcompensation opportunities. Please note that actual earning beyond base pay will vary based on sales.
