Description
Peninsula Catholic High School is seeking a qualified Varsity Girls Soccer Coach to oversee the school's soccer program.
Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and supervise all aspects of the varsity girls' soccer program.
  • Develop practice plans, game strategies, and player development programs.
  • Assist with offseason conditioning, player recruitment, and program growth.
  • Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal growth among student-athletes.
  • Foster a positive and competitive culture that reflects the mission and values of Peninsula Catholic High School.
  • Collaborate with school administration, athletic department staff, parents, and community supporters.
  • Ensure compliance with VISAA, TCIS, and school policies and procedures.

Requirements
Qualifications
  • Previous soccer coaching experience, preferably at the high school, club, or collegiate level.
  • Strong knowledge of soccer fundamentals, tactics, and player development.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to mentor and motivate student-athletes
  • Commitment to the mission of Catholic education.
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Successful completion of required background screening.
  • VIRTUS certification (or willingness to obtain)

Preferred Qualifications
  • Head coaching experience.
  • USSF, United Soccer Coaches, or equivalent coaching certification.
  • Experience building and sustaining successful soccer programs.
