What does a personal soccer coach do?

A personal soccer coach provides individualized training and guidance to soccer players of various ages and skill levels. They assess a player's strengths and weaknesses, develop tailored training plans, and help improve technical skills, tactical understanding, and physical fitness. Personal soccer coaches may also offer advice on nutrition, injury prevention, and mental preparation, all aimed at helping players reach their full potential.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a personal soccer coach, and why are they important?
