About the Job:
The Law firm of Ligori & Ligori is looking for a strong Personal Injury Attorney that will work primarily on pre-suit cases. Specifically working on the initial intake with staff, heaving client contact,(framing the cases from inception) and negotiating and preparing cases for the litigation process. This is a presuit position with the opportunity to assist and learn litigation. This team member must be dedicated, hard working, coachable and hungry. We are a premier personal injury firm with a great reputation in the community with 23 years of proven success!
We’re looking for a dynamic attorney ready to take charge of bodily injury cases from pre-suit through trial and resolution. 
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1- 2 years of experience handling Personal Injury matters.  
  • Research and good writing skills.
  • Be able to pivot and multi task.
  • Experience in managing a Pre-suit Personal Injury caseload from intake through resolution.
  • Experience in evaluating claims, assess damages, and develop practical case strategies.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and resolve cases maximizing  the recovery for clients  
  • Must be aggressive, detail-oriented, dedicated, and driven, with a relentless pursuit of success.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Juris Doctorate and active Florida Bar membership in good standing required.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Base Pay/Draw: $125,000 base per year.
  • Commission: Performance-based, after obtaining key performance indicator, uncapped — potential to earn $300k+ annually depending on how involved in litigation cases  (Full commission structure discussed during interview. High earnings require commitment and results).
  • $100,000 Life Insurance Policy (firm-paid).
Paid Time Off:
  • 1 week after 6 months.
  • 2 weeks after 1 year. 
  • 3 weeks after 2 years. 
  • 6 personal/sick days + 6 federal holidays annually
