Prominent Personal Injury Law Firm is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney to join its Chicago team! This role requires an attorney who is passionate about advocating for clients and has proven experience handling personal injury cases.

Responsibilities

  • Represent plaintiffs in personal injury claims and litigation
  • Conduct thorough case investigations and evidence gathering
  • Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel
  • Prepare legal documents, pleadings, and motions related to personal injury cases
  • Provide clients with clear guidance and updates throughout the legal process
  • Collaborate with medical experts and other professionals to build strong cases
  • Manage case timelines and adhere to court deadlines

Required Qualifications

  • Experience practicing personal injury law (either plaintiff or defense)
  • Plaintiff personal injury experience is a plus 
  • Strong understanding of personal injury statutes and litigation processes
