Candidates must meet the follow criteria:
Must have 1-3 years' experience in personal injury law as an attorney.
Job Description:
•Must be able to take and defend depositions
•know the rules of evidence Draft pleadings, draft and review discovery related to personal injury
•Make court appearances as necessary
•Prepare all pre-trial documents - willing to teach Compile all possible information, evidence and documentation, including medical records and bills, loss of earnings documentation and change in lifestyle information, that will help the legal department build a case
•Communicate with clients and assist in preparation for depo/trial Negotiate claims
