Our client is a busy and growing Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm based in Draper, Utah, dedicated to providing strong client advocacy and personalized legal representation. The firm offers a fast-paced, collaborative environment with excellent opportunities for hands-on litigation experience and long-term professional growth.
They are currently seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) Associate Attorney with Minimum 1 year of experience handling Personal Injury matters to join their team.
ResponsibilitiesInterview prospective clients
Maintain case files and guide clients through the personal injury process
Prepare demand packages and negotiate settlements
Draft pleadings, motions, and court-related documents
Manage discovery and ensure deadlines are met
Attend depositions, mediations, arbitrations, court appearances, and trials
Conduct legal research and draft motions effectively
Work closely with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel throughout the litigation process
Active Utah Bar license in good standing
Minimum 1 year of litigation experience handling Personal Injury matters
Bilingual in Spanish (spoken and written) required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional, organized, and detail-oriented
