Personal helpers, also known as personal assistants or aides, provide support with daily activities to individuals who need assistance due to age, disability, illness, or busy schedules. Their responsibilities may include household chores, running errands, providing companionship, helping with personal care, and coordinating appointments. Personal helpers play a crucial role in improving clients' quality of life and enabling them to maintain independence. The specific tasks can vary depending on the needs of the person they are assisting.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a personal helper, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Personal Helper, you need strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and basic knowledge of household management, often supported by prior experience in caregiving or assistance roles.
