Job description

The PERSONAL ASSISTANT will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized environment. The position will also encompass general "Assistant" duties on behalf of the owner. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • General Upkeep - Keep areas well maintained, ordering supplies as needed, etc.
  • General Maintenance - Keep areas clean, tidy, and comfortable, regularly taking out trash, etc.
  • Errand Running - Responsible for running errands on behalf of the owner, which may include purchasing supplies, picking up packages, and equipment as directed by the owner.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance - Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of areas as directed by the owner.
  • General Property Maintenance: Support the owner with basic repairs, painting, gardening, and other property upkeep tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must be knowledgeable with automobiles and have some mechanical inclination (ie. should know how to change a vehicle's oil, change a tire, etc.).
  • Physical fitness and ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects and performing tasks outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues, vendors, and visitors.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test.
  • Knowledge of basic home and car repairs is a plus (eg. someone who is "handy").

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: HS Diploma.
