Job description

The Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO plays a crucial role in managing the CEO's daily operations and supporting the executive team. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. The PA is part of a larger administrative team, reporting directly to the CEO, and is involved in strategic planning support, event coordination, and facilitating smooth communication across the organization. Occasional travel is required to support the CEO’s engagements. 20-40 hours a week.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain CEO’s calendar and appointments
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Facilitate communication and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
  • Prepare and organize materials for meetings and events
  • Manage confidential documents and information with discretion
  • Prioritize and track tasks to ensure timely completion
  • Support expense tracking and office-related administrative duties
  • Provide general office support to the CEO and executive team
