Description
Weekend Activities Director
The duties and responsibilities of the Activity Assistant include assisting the Activity Director in developing and implementing a program of physical, mental and spiritual activities to help residents live life fully and as naturally as possible and to maintain and/or restore their physical and mental capacities in accordance with current existing federal, state and local standards, as well as established policies and procedures at Methodist Senior Services.
Requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
Six months experience working as an aide or the equivalent in a nursing home, hospital or other health care facility.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must meet the minimum age requirements for a work permit in Mississippi.
Reasonable accommodation which does not create undue hardship will be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
