Position Overview

As an Ageless Personal Trainer, you'll work primarily with adults age 55+ through individualized and group coaching sessions based on each client's goals, movement quality, health history, and current fitness level.

This is more than counting reps.

You'll educate, motivate, coach, and build lasting relationships while helping clients improve strength, mobility, balance, confidence, and longevity.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver individualized personal training programs for adults 55+
  • Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments and consultations
  • Help clients improve strength, balance, mobility, flexibility, endurance, and overall function
  • Track progress and adjust programming based on client performance
  • Build long-term relationships that improve retention and results
  • Collaborate with the fitness team to deliver an exceptional client experience
  • Educate clients on exercise, healthy habits, and lifestyle changes that support longevity
  • Maintain accurate client records and session notes
  • Uphold a safe, encouraging, and professional training environment

QualificationsRequired
  • Current nationally accredited Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, ISSA, or equivalent)

OR

  • Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a closely related field
  • Current CPR/AED Certification (or ability to obtain before employment)
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
  • Passion for helping others improve their health and quality of life
  • Positive, energetic, and professional attitude
Preferred
  • Experience training adults age 55+
  • Experience with corrective exercise
  • Functional movement assessment
  • Post-rehabilitation exercise
  • Balance and fall prevention
  • Mobility training
  • Strength training for older adults
  • Functional Aging Specialist or similar certification (preferred but not required)
