Job description

Bravera is hiring for a Farm/Personal Account Executive in Carrington, ND. Bravera is an employee- and director-owned company that is committed to helping our employees forge a new path in their career. We work together to drive continuous improvement which enhances the customers experience and keeps our organization moving forward.
This position is responsible for the retention, service, account development and product/service presentation to clients. Primary responsibility is to provide customer service along with cross-selling other products and services.
MEASURES OF SUCCESS:
  1. Be a trusted advisor to Bravera Insurance clients.
  2. Offer exceptional customer service.
  3. Cross-sell other products and services.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Maintain new and renewal insurance business.
  2. Assist clients with their insurance changes/requests
  3. Build strong working relationships with co-workers and clients
  4. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism regarding all employee and customer issues and information.
  5. Process renewals, endorsements, and change requests
  6. Assist clients in submissions of claims
  7. Quote and remarket customer accounts as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES):
  1. Must be licensed in Property/Casualty insurance or be willing to obtain licensing within 90 days of employment.
  2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  3. Strong time-management and organizational skills
  4. Basic computer skills
  5. Demonstrate reliability and consistency
