Requirement/Must Have:

  • 1+ years of experience in business analysis or product ownership.
  • Strong stakeholder management and SAFe/Agile execution skills.
  • Expert in JIRA.
  • Experience with investment products, advisory platforms, broker-dealer systems, Pershing/NetX360, onboarding, portfolio management, and regulatory processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, refine, prioritize and approve features and stories.
  • Own backlog prioritization and product objectives together with business stakeholders.
  • Review and accept delivered features against acceptance criteria and Definition of Done.
  • Participate in demonstrations and provide confirmation that requirements have been met.
  • Act as the business/technology bridge, translating requirements into deliverable user stories and features.
  • Drive product roadmaps, stakeholder engagement and Agile delivery.
  • Support product governance, reporting, document management, and cross-functional coordination in the ISCO program.
  • Work with the CFO team for gathering requirements.
