Job description

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Architect with strong Microsoft Azure experience to design, manage, and improve the company’s cloud environment. The person will be responsible for cloud architecture, migration of legacy applications, security, performance, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design secure, scalable, and reliable Azure cloud infrastructure.

  • Plan and lead the migration of on-premises and legacy applications to the cloud.

  • Design cloud networks, databases, and application environments.

  • Ensure cloud systems meet security and compliance requirements.

  • Monitor and optimize cloud performance and costs.

  • Work closely with developers, DevOps, and IT teams to implement cloud solutions.

  • Create technical architecture documents and migration roadmaps.

  • Provide technical guidance and leadership on cloud projects.

Required Skills
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure Cloud Architecture.

  • Experience with Azure Solutions Architecture and Cloud Migration.

  • Knowledge of Cloud Security and Network Architecture.

  • Experience with Terraform / Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

  • Hands-on knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.

  • Programming/scripting experience with Python, Go, Ruby, or Node.js.

  • Experience migrating legacy/on-premises applications to the cloud.

  • Strong understanding of application architecture and development.

  • Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have
  • Exposure to AWS.

  • Experience with SAP Cloud-hosted applications and Microsoft application platforms.

  • Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification.

  • Knowledge of AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Joule, Claude, or Perplexity.
