Job description

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead and scale a fast-growing outdoor living construction company with 2 locations Coral Springs (Onsite Location with occasional travel to 2nd location Orlando) future expansion on the west coast of Florida locations.

This individual will oversee all operational departments including Production, Project Management, Engineering, Permitting, Scheduling, Customer Experience, Field Operations, Warehouse Operations, and Human Resources.

The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects move efficiently from sale through completion while maintaining profitability, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and accountability across all departments.

This is a hands-on leadership position requiring strong construction operations experience, financial acumen, team leadership, process development, and the ability to manage multiple offices and field teams simultaneously.

The ideal candidate understands how to run a construction business, not just projects.
