13-26 Weeks you can choose! Position / Specialty: Cath Lab Tech Shift: 4x12s or 3x12 Days (0630-1900) No IR Ratios/Daily Caseload Years of experience REQ: Minimum 1 year experience required. First-timers accepted: Yes. Weekend REQ: Will work 2-3 weekends per contract. Certs REQ: ACLS, BLS, ARRT, RCIS required. Is on-call REQ? Yes- call required as needed, rotating with staff and agency. Call frequency details to be discussed with manager, flexible per census. They have a dedicated call team! Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No. Open to accommodating block schedule? Discuss schedule requests with manager. Locals accepted: Yes- no radius. Pending License accepted: No- must have active license to apply. RTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days. Guaranteed Hours: Client may call-off up to 36 hours per thirteen week assignment without paying for the cancelled hours. If Client cancels more hours than permitted by this section, Client will be billed for any shifts or portions thereof cancelled in excess of this section. If Candidates are placed on-call in lieu of being called off, that will count as a called-off shift. Special Requirements: Required Work Setting Experience: Diagnostic Cardiac Cath lab, Interventional Cardiac Cath lab. Required Cardiac Cath Lab Procedure Skills/Experience: Cardiac Implant Closure Device, Cardiac Stent Placement, Diagnostic Catheterizations Adult, IABP Placement/Removal, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Left heart catheterization, Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI), Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty (PTCA), Right heart catheterization, Rotablader athrectomy, Scrub Procedures. Required Procedural Responsibility Skills/Experience: Equipment setup, Recognition of life-threatening arrhythmias. Required Infection Control Skills/Experience: Isolation Precautions, Sterile Technique. Required Age Specific Competencies: Middle and Older Adult. Cerner experience required. Hospital Highlights Type of Facility: Acute Care Hospital Magnet / Teaching / Level Trauma (if applicable): Acute Care Hospital - Level I trauma center. Magnet hospital/facility. Total Staffed Beds: 562 beds Scrub Color: Provided. Charting: Cerner Parking Cost: parking permit required, no cost. Will fill out form during orientation.
