We are seeking a Mechanical Assembler III to join our team onsite in San Dimas, CA. Your schedule will be Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:00pm and overtime on a business need basis.
What You Will Do
  • Use common hand tools, calipers, micrometers, torque wrenches, etc.
  • Perform assembly operations for components and assemble parts to completion
  • Prepare assemblies for in process and final testing inspections
  • Participate in safety and training meetings
  • Utilize operational route sheets
  • Follow manufacturing route sheet instructions & drawing requirements
  • Use knowledge of safety and environmental rules
  • Follow PPE requirements
  • Work within a team and independently

Qualifications You Must Have
  • Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications We Prefer
  • Experience in CCA builds/rework, cable harnesses, or soldering using drawings and microscopes
  • Experience working in a clean room or laboratory and working with chemicals
  • 3+ years of experience working within electro-mechanical or mechanical assembly
  • Experience using a resistance spot welder
  • Certificates including soldering, J Standard, or Assembler Certifications

The salary range for this role is 46,592 USD to 87,386 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
