  • Collaborate with P1 design teams to ensure Design for Manufacturability (DFM) within production constraints.

  • Create and manage work instructions, PFMEAs, and LLC/Kaizen cards.

  • Become the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned assembly lines to pilot improvement opportunities and support vendors with new equipment integration.

  • Analyze flexibility needs within your perimeter, define training plans, and maintain a real-time flexibility grid/certification process.

  • Participate in budget preparation (headcounts, investments, P-30) and manage the budget for your assigned zone.

  • Promote the Valeo 5 Axes in daily activities to reach assigned V5000 targets.

What You Should Have

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing) is highly preferred, but experience in lieu of education will be considered

  • 0-3 years of experience in an automotive manufacturing environment, preferably in assembly processes
