Group Summary:
The Magna Exteriors portfolio of products includes access systems such as liftgates, exterior trim, modular systems, front-end modules including fascia, active aerodynamic systems and other lightweight structural components for automotive, commercial truck and other industrial markets.

Job Responsibilities:

Specific Job Duties HR Generalist

  • Provide overall guidance and support for Team Members, Team Leaders and Managers at Norplas.

  • Work with TL's and Managers in be proactive in complaint resolution by actively promoting the Open Door Process.

  • Coordinate corrective actions and investigations as needed for assigned department and shift.

  • Back up for Recruiting for all hourly and salary positions- this includes initial screening, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, giving feedback, preparing offer letters, setting candidates up for new hire orientation.

  • Coordinate process for workday/dayforce/authenticator implementation for all new hires and lead New Hire Orientation activities

  • Track and monitor legal compliance training as directed by Magna.

  • Process all tuition reimbursement submissions timely and accurately

  • Process all unemployment claims timely and accurately

  • Support company functions and special events.

  • And other tasks as required
