Facility:
This well-established healthcare facility is part of a highly regarded integrated health network serving a population of over 460,000 across an expansive regional service area. The dermatology department features a collaborative team of four Dermatologists and five advanced practice clinicians, supported by an on-campus team of three Dermatopathologists and certified at HIMSS EMRAM Level 7 for both inpatient and ambulatory services.

Physician - Dermatology
Job Details:
  • Join a dynamic dermatology team specializing in both Mohs Surgery and General Dermatology
  • Balanced practice with up to 2 days dedicated to Mohs Surgery and 3 days to General Dermatology for a full-time position
  • Mohs volume may vary; practicing general dermatology is an integral part of the role
  • Comprehensive support model with dedicated Clinical Assistants and Laboratory Histology Technicians for rooming, biopsies, procedures, and general patient care
  • RN team supports triage, scheduling, result communication, and patient management through MyChart
  • Flexible scheduling with adjustable clinic templates, appointment lengths, and daily patient numbers
  • Advanced pathology services with rapid reporting via EMR and in-house immunofluorescence testing
  • Monthly dermatopathology CPC conference led by on-campus Dermatopathologists
  • Strong collegial relationships with specialists in Rheumatology, Infectious Disease, ENT, Plastic Surgery, Wound Care, and more
  • Robust referral network with hundreds of referring physicians supplying over 30 referrals daily
  • Expansive regional outreach with dermatology opportunities at additional sites of service
  • On-call model utilizing E-Consults for non-emergencies and phone calls for emergencies with a team-based approach
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology required
  • ABD Mohs Certification required
