Job Summary The Digital Content Strategist/Architect manages product information and digital content across PIM and AEM platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and optimization for omni-channel use. This role partners with stakeholders to create, maintain, and optimize content, supports new product introductions and M&A integrations, and drives digital experience enablement through SEO and analytics tools. Key Responsibilities P IM Data Management Maintain product data within the PIM system Ensure data integrity through regular audits and updates Coordinate with IT and data teams to resolve issues PIM Content Creation & Management Create and maintain product content including descriptions, specifications, and images Ensure omni-channel consistency across platforms Consult with stakeholders to gather and create content Submit Service Desk requests for troubleshooting and stakeholder needs AEM Content Creation & Management Partner with stakeholders to create and maintain non-PIM web elements for category pages Submit Service Desk requests for AEM troubleshooting and stakeholder requests Content Optimization Optimize product content for SEO to improve visibility and ranking Leverage analytics tools such as BrightEdge, GA4, and CrazyEgg Integrate generative AI into content processes as needed Implement best practices for formatting and presentation Collaboration & Communication Work with cross-functional teams including PIM Analysts, Publishing, Writing CoE, and Localization Provide training and support to stakeholders on content requirements Communicate effectively to understand and meet content needs New Product Introduction / M&A Support Collaborate with stakeholders on new content needs including PIM hierarchy and navigation Implement content requirements with PIM Analyst team Ensure consistency across client content processes Assist in content creation for product descriptions and specifications Submit Service Desk tickets to support NPI/M&A needs Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, or e-commerce Proven experience with PIM systems and digital content platforms Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization strategies Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting New Product Introductions (NPI) and M&A content integration Proficiency in web analytics tools (BrightEdge, GA4, CrazyEgg) Familiarity with generative AI and emerging content technologies Education: Bachelors Degree
