We are now hiring for a full-time Data Integrity Specialist at our Calumet Location.  

SALARY:  The average starting salary for this position will fall in the range of $44,000 and $47,500 annually. Where candidates fall in this range will be based on skill and experience level.  

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Review all general information, goals, goal descriptions, signatures and goal completion are completed appropriately and legibly on the IAP. Make sure all appropriate verification is provided; and accompanying contact notes support the IAP. 
  •  Enter goals into the Client Management Database - HMIS. 
  • Act as a liaison between family coach and landlord for any apartment concerns and lease renewals.
  • Conduct apartment inspections as needed.
  •  Ensure the information entered into the Client Management Database aligns with the client’s individual files. 
  •  Compile a spreadsheet to document all data entered into the data management systems. 
  •  Proficient with the data management systems and the ability to pull reports. 
  •  Filing of documentation and support internal auditing of client record keeping ensuring compliance with expectations. 
  •  Works within contract, grant, and program requirements including meeting timelines and reporting requirements. 
  •  Takes responsibility for own professional development and other developmental opportunities within and outside the agency.
  •  Works effectively with diverse staff and service populations. Accountable for providing exceptional customer service. 
  •  Other duties as assigned.  

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES:  

  • Some experience in related field.
  • Some computer experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide customer service, administrative, and data entry.
  • Ability to work well with clients and staff.
  • Organized and able to multi-task. 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Highschool Diploma/GED.
  • At least 2 years' experience working with homeless population and data entry.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and groups. 

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Satisfactorily pass all relevant screening and criminal background checks.

TRANSPORATION/TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:  

  • Driving for work required with transportation of clients required in a personally owned vehicle. Travel between sites required. 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:  

  • While performing the essential duties of this job, the employee is required to sit and stand for sustained periods of time, frequently talk, hear, use hands and fingers to feel, handle, and operate objects or controls, and occasionally stand, bend, stretch, stoop, kneel and crouch. The employee is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, transcribing, and viewing a computer terminal.
