Job Description

Perform dimensional and functional inspections to ensure materials, components, and assemblies meet engineering and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished products
  • Interpret drawings, specs, and quality standards
  • Select and perform appropriate inspection methods and setups
  • Apply GD&T (ANSI Y14.5) for dimensional verification
  • Conduct First Piece and AS9102 First Article Inspections
  • Partner with Engineering on new product inspections
  • Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement
  • Use precision tools (micrometers, comparators, gauges, etc.)
  • Operate and analyze results from CMM equipment

Qualifications

  • Inspection experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to read engineering drawings
  • Knowledge of GD&T and precision measurement tools
  • CMM experience preferred
  • Familiarity with AS9102 a plus
  • Strong attention to detail

Hourly Rate Range:  $26.00-$33.00 plus 15% 2nd shift differential.  Final rate will be determined by relevant experience, skills, and qualifications
