Job description

Summary of Job Description:
The Senior Facilities Analyst serves as a strategic operational enablement partner responsible for improving the efficiency, consistency, and scalability of facilities operations through standardized processes, data-driven insights, and AI-enabled solutions. This role partners with Facilities Managers, Operations, vendors, Finance, IT, and other cross-functional stakeholders to optimize operational performance by overseeing complex programs, analyzing business processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Senior Facilities Analyst develops performance metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting to translate operational data into actionable insights, identify trends and risks, measure program effectiveness, and support data-driven decision-making. The role contributes to cross-functional projects, promotes process standardization, identifies automation opportunities, and supports the implementation and adoption of digital and AI-enabled solutions that enhance productivity and operational effectiveness.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Helps drive standardized processes, program governance, and data-driven solutions across vendor management, work order management, asset management, compliance, waste management, and other operational functions.
  • Contributes to and helps oversee operational initiatives and cross-functional projects by partnering with Facilities Managers, Operations, Finance, IT, vendors, and internal stakeholders to improve business processes, optimize service delivery, and ensure operational continuity.
  • Analyzes facilities data, performance metrics, and operational trends to identify risks, root causes, and improvement opportunities; develops dashboards, reports, and actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Contributes to operational excellence and continuous improvement by evaluating workflows, standardizing processes, implementing best practices, and leveraging automation and AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency, productivity, data quality, and service performance.
  • Conducts root cause analysis, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, implements sustainable corrective actions, and monitors KPIs and SLAs to improve program effectiveness and vendor performance.
  • Promotes organizational capability by mentoring team members, strengthening data literacy and continuous improvement practices, fostering AI adoption, and identifying emerging technologies and scalable solutions that enhance operational effectiveness and long-term business performance

Your background and experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, with course work in business, accounting, computer science and data management
  • Minimum five years of program management, operations, or consulting experience, preferably in a retail/hospitality environment
  • Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
  • Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.

Pay Range: P3: $90,000 - $126,500 / Annual
* Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
