JOB TITLE: Production Assistant
PAY RANGE: $21 - $25 | SHIFT: Weekend Shift | TYPE: Onsite

QUICK SUMMARY
Join a fast-paced digital manufacturing team working with cutting-edge 3D printing technologies. We’re looking for an Production Assistant to support daily production, operate additive equipment, and deliver high-quality parts across a variety of industries.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Execute build startups, machine setups, and material handling
  • Support SLA/DLP, SLS/MJF, and FDM printing operations
  • Perform powder handling, vat swaps, and machine calibrations
  • Conduct post-processing and finishing operations
  • Perform visual inspections to ensure part quality
  • Maintain equipment and support preventative maintenance

REQUIREMENTS:
  • High school diploma required; technical degree preferred
  • 1+ year experience in additive manufacturing (preferred)
  • Basic understanding of 3D printing technologies and materials
  • Ability to read prints or 3D files
  • Comfortable working hands-on in a production environment
