A Midland law firm is seeking a Legal Assistant / Paralegal to assist with probate, estate planning, corporate formation/governance, oil & gas transactions, and general office support duties.

Responsibilities:
• Draft legal documents
• Assist with probate and estate planning matters
• Support corporate and oil & gas transactions
• Answer phones and assist clients professionally
• Filing, checking mail, making deposits, and running errands
• Maintain confidentiality and organization in a fast-paced office

Requirements:
✔ Strong communication and organizational skills
✔ Professional and personable demeanor
✔ Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Outlook
✔ Ability to multitask and work independently
✔ Legal office experience required (3+ years )
