Performance Engineer
Long Term COntract

Must have strong communication skills and be able to create presentations for Non-Technical Executives based on performance testing findings
Key Responsibilities
Own API performance testing across a distributed ecosystem that includes:
Salesforce
MuleSoft
Oracle
Boundary and downstream applications with heavy API dependencies
Design and execute a comprehensive performance testing strategy, including:
Load testing
Stress testing
Scalability testing
Endurance testing
Volume testing
Develop structured performance test plans that clearly define:
User and transaction models
Test duration and ramp profiles
Objectives, thresholds, and success criteria
Execute tests using industry-standard tooling and analyze results to identify:
Bottlenecks
Failure points
Scalability risks
Partner closely with engineering, architecture, and DevOps teams to:
Drive root-cause analysis
Recommend remediation approaches
Validate fixes
