Autonomous Vehicle Test Driver Safety Operator (Self-Driving Cars)

Join the future of transportation as an Autonomous Vehicle Operator (Safety Driver) in Miami, FL. You'll help test and operate self-driving ride-hailing vehicles, ensuring safe, reliable performance on real roads. This is an on-site position for local Miami-area applicants who want to work hands-on with next-generation autonomous driving technology.

What You'll Do:

  • Safely operate and monitor autonomous vehicles in real-world environments.
  • Take control when necessary to maintain safety.
  • Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report performance or safety issues.
  • Collect data, provide feedback to engineering teams, and support vehicle readiness.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism during all operations.

Training Provided (Paid)

  • Paid training in Las Vegas, NV (flights and hotel covered).
  • After training, daily operations resume in Miami, FL.

Pay & Schedule

  • $25/hour + up to 7% shift bonus for nights/weekends.
  • Day Shifts: 6:45 AM3:15 PM or 7:45 AM4:15 PM.
  • Night Shifts: 2:45 PM11:15 PM or 3:45 PM12:15 AM.
  • Rotating 5-day schedules: WedSun, ThuMon, FriTue, or SatWed.

Requirements
