Role Overview

McKesson is seeking to add a Customer Performance Management

Product Lead.

The Customer Performance Management Product Lead is responsible for driving the daytoday execution of customer engagement modernization initiatives, ensuring strategy translates into operational outcomes. This role operates at the center of complex, crossfunctional workstreams, balancing analytical rigor, program management discipline, and creative problem solving to keep initiatives moving forward.

The role develops resolutions to complex operational and business problems that require frequent use of judgment and creativity. Working within broadly defined policies and practices, the Customer Performance Management Product Lead anticipates change, adapts plans in real time, and redirects efforts as needed to maintain momentum and alignment with enterprise priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assists daily operational execution of modernization initiatives, coordinating across business, technology, analytics, and governance teams to ensure workstreams progress as planned.

  • Develops solutions to complex operational and analytical problems by synthesizing data, stakeholder input, and process insights, applying sound judgment within broadly defined frameworks.

  • Partners closely with the Lead Data Analyst and technology teams to operationalize analytics, tooling, and automation into daytoday workflows.

  • Work is accomplished with minimal daytoday direction. The role anticipates change and independently directs or redirects efforts to achieve desired outcomes aligned to longterm goals.

  • Analyzes business processes, data, and workflows to identify problems, root causes, and opportunities for improvement

  • Communicates insights, recommendations, and status clearly to stakeholders and leadership to support informed decisionmaking.

  • Determines and pursues courses of action under consultative direction to achieve predetermined longrange targets, balancing nearterm execution with longterm strategic outcomes

Education & Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent experience required. Advanced degree/MBA preferred.

  • Typically requires 10+ years of relevant experience. Less years required if has relevant Master's or Doctorate qualifications.

Critical Skills

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

  • In-depth knowledge of contract law and proposal drafting best practices.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for contract and proposal drafting.

Additional Skills

  • A successful candidate must also have a track record of strategic thinking and independent problem solving.

  • Experience with pharmaceutical contract language a plus

Working Environment

  • Ability to travel 5%.

  • This role is a hybrid position. The selected candidate is expected to work on-site at our Las Colinas office for a minimum of two (2) days per week, with the remaining days worked remotely. Specific in-office days may be designated based on team needs and business priorities.

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$123,200 - $205,400
