Join the Team

Help lead the premium guest experience at the Delta Center!

As a Premium Club Supervisor, you will provide first-level supervision for food, beverage, and meal service operations within premium club areas. This position helps oversee daily event operations, team member performance, food and beverage quality, service standards, sanitation, safety, and overall guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Model and promote Levy’s Family Values: Nice, Innovative, Passionate, and Inclusive.
  • Provide first-level supervision of food, beverage, and meal service operations in premium club areas.
  • Support event-day production, setup, service, and breakdown to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure food and beverages are high-quality, well-presented, and served within established time frames.
  • Review menus, production needs, staffing assignments, and service expectations before events.
  • Monitor team members during service to ensure systems, procedures, and quality standards are followed.
  • Visit guest-service areas to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve service.
  • Communicate regularly with team members, both formally and informally, to provide direction and support.
  • Assist with coaching, training, and holding team members accountable to Levy service standards.
  • Enforce food-safety, sanitation, responsible alcohol-service, and workplace-safety standards.
  • Ensure cleaning procedures are completed and signed off according to department expectations.
  • Respond to guest and team member needs with urgency, professionalism, and a solutions-focused approach.
  • Partner with Premium leadership, Culinary, Bar, and service teams to support successful event execution.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned based on event and department needs.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Previous food and beverage, hospitality, premium service, or supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead team members in a fast-paced, high-volume event environment.
  • Ability to maintain quality, cleanliness, safety, and service standards under pressure.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with team members, managers, guests, and other departments.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and actively engage with guests and team members.
  • Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, lift, and move throughout the shift.
  • Ability to react with physical and mental alertness in emergency situations.
  • Ability to lift and move materials, supplies, and equipment up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to use hands for grasping, handling, and operating equipment.
  • Ability to work a flexible event-based schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must obtain and maintain a valid Utah Food Handler Permit.
  • Must obtain and maintain a valid Utah On-Premise Alcohol Certificate if 21 years of age or older.
