The Role

The General Studioย Manager will oversee all studio functionalitesย in tandem with studio owners. The GSM will be responsible for driving sales of memberships while building and maintainingย client rerlationships.ย

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of retail or fitness sales experience
  • Confident generating personal sales and training others in sales techniques
  • Ability to work independently as well as ability to collaborate with studio owners
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in person, over the phone, and through email
  • Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgement
  • Affinity and passion for fitness
  • Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Implement a sales process to schedule prospects into Intro Classes
  • Drive membership sales through outside sales and business development efforts
  • Lead efforts in grass root marketing and networkingย 
  • Manage other marketing efforts such as community events, studio promotions, and outside marketing campaigns with a goal to generate leads
  • Manage staff schedule and supervise sales reps and instructors
  • Maintain studio cleanlinessย 
  • Take on hiring and management duties of instructors at studio
  • Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures
  • Directly coordinate with vendors ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts
