- Provides learning and performance solutions in all disciplines of Identity Data Management (IdDM) to include, but not limited to, course development/design, instructional delivery, mentorship, advisory and review requirements, and overall knowledge of IdDM. - Practical experience levels in IdDM support, application, and/or use must be significant in breadth and depth to bridge the curriculum instruction with the student application. - Provide IdDM support to a National, DoD, Component, or IC level organizations. - Conduct research, analysis, and community outreach in order to maintain SME and course currency, and relevancy. REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree and eleven (11) years of experience; exceptional candidates with fifteen (15) years of experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree. - Three (3) years practical experience providing direct IdDM support. - Graduate of the Advanced Planner’s Course and Due Diligence course or legacy equivalent (or commensurate practical experience) - Advanced familiarity and experience with DoD IdDM fundamentals, missions, and functions - Instructor training preferred. - Advanced experience relating to IdDM acquisition processes. - Advanced experience relating to travel support and/or travel risk management. - Exceptional oral and written communication skills - Valid US Passport - 15 years total professional experience desired (Masters' degree counts for 6 years of experience)
