What does a performance coach intern do?

A Performance Coach Intern assists certified performance coaches in helping athletes or clients improve their physical and mental performance. This role often includes supporting training sessions, conducting assessments, tracking progress, and learning to develop personalized training programs. Interns may also be involved in administrative tasks, data analysis, and collaborating with other staff members.
