How You'll Make an Impact

As the Marketing Manager, you'll lead the planning, execution, and performance of marketing initiatives that strengthen the Hanania brand across multiple dealership locations.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Manage our marketing agency and ensure all campaigns, deliverables, and monthly initiatives are executed successfully across every Hanania location.
  • Develop, manage, and reconcile dealership advertising budgets while maximizing return on investment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with marketing vendors, media partners, and community organizations.
  • Plan and execute sponsorships, dealership events, and community outreach initiatives that enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Protect and strengthen the Hanania brand by ensuring consistent messaging and brand standards across all marketing channels.
  • Oversee online reputation management and monitor customer review platforms.
  • Lead marketing efforts for dealership acquisitions, including website launches, inventory feeds, social media transitions, Google Business Profiles, and vendor onboarding.
  • Analyze campaign performance, reputation scores, social media growth, lead sources, and marketing trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Research emerging marketing strategies, consumer trends, and digital technologies to keep Hanania Automotive Group at the forefront of the automotive industry.
  • Represent The Hanania Way by building meaningful relationships with our employees, customers, and communities.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, social media, reputation management, and event planning.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
