Responsabilidades clave:
☻ Tareas en la sala de exhibición y cuidado de mascotas:
Recibir a los clientes en nuestra sala de exhibición y presentarles a nuestros adorables cachorros.
Asistir e interactuar con los clientes para ayudarlos a elegir el cachorro perfecto para sus familias.
Debe tener un don de gentes MUY EXCELENTE.
Queremos caras alegres y sonrientes que ayuden a los clientes a sentirse bien con nuestros cachorros y a ser felices.
Ayudar a los clientes a completar sus contratos y compras, y gestionar las transacciones de venta.
Debe estar dispuesto a interactuar al 100% con los clientes, conversar, ser sociable y hacer que se sientan cómodos.
Mantener una sala de exposición limpia y acogedora limpiando las jaulas y cuidando a nuestros cachorros, alimentándolos, dándoles agua y bañándolos según sea necesario.
☻Tareas de marketing telefónico:
Responder llamadas entrantes de clientes interesados ​​en comprar un cachorro. Llamar a clientes potenciales que ya hayan mostrado interés (no se permiten llamadas en frío).
☻Responsabilidades en redes sociales:
Grabar y tomar videos y fotos de los cachorros y subirlos según las instrucciones.
