Job description

Position Summary:
At Triple Shift Entertainment we're proud to embrace the core values of Spirit, Courage, Respect, Own It, and Excellence. As a Volleyball Referee, follow these core values while chasing that "perfect game" and you will assure that the fun never stops while working the volleyball courts.
Responsibilities:
These requirements/functions may change over the course of employment.
  • Broad knowledge and skills in the principles and methods of Volleyball as either a coach, player or referee.
  • Model exceptional sportsmanship.
  • Assure that rules of the game are being followed by all participants.
  • Provide a safe, fair, and fun atmosphere for all of our league players.
  • Assess penalties when necessary.
  • Handles complaints and uses judgment as to which issues get referred to management.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements
  • Very knowledgeable of Volleyball rules and regulations.
  • Must be confident and firm in making calls and have the ability to keep the games on schedule.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills.
  • Must be able to work varied hours, to include weekends and evenings.
  • Be Friendly, polite, and professional.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Must feel confident speaking in front of groups of people.
