The following Extra Curricular Activity position is available at the High School Level at Huntley High School for the 2026 / 2027 School Year
Assistant Marching Band Director - Percussion
Summary: Duties include recruitment, selection, and instruction of the marching percussion section including the drum line and front ensemble. Instructional responsibilities begin in the winter months with preparatory workshops leading to a formal audition in March prior to spring break. Weekly sectionals for both the drum line and front ensemble will be held from April through July. From August through the end of the November rehearsals will be held up to three times a week with the full marching band including percussion, including a two-week band camp in August. The instructor is expected to be at all home football games and away marching band competitions
Range of Pay: Stipend Schedule. Based on experience and stipend schedule.
