This position supports providers by producing reliable laboratory results that enable efficient diagnosis and treatment.

  • Make a direct impact on patient outcomes through accurate, rapid diagnostics

  • Support healthcare access in traditionally underserved communities

  • Competitive compensation with strong benefits and growth opportunities

  • Experience in urgent care, primary care, or high-volume clinical settings

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

  • Proficiency in real-time PCR and molecular diagnostic techniques

  • Knowledge of high-complexity laboratory testing standards and CLIA requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and quality assurance practices

  • Ability to troubleshoot testing and equipment issues

  • Effective communication and teamwork skills

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Schedule

  • Approximately 30-40 hours per week

  • 10-hour shifts, scheduled across 7 days per week

  • Rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed

  • Schedule may vary based on operational and testing volume needs

Compensation & Benefits
