Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
  • Assist HVAC mechanics and foremen with installation and jobsite support
  • Handle materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Perform basic mechanical tasks such as cutting, fastening, sealing, and assembling components
  • Support installation of ductwork, piping, and other mechanical systems
  • Load, unload, and stage materials as needed for daily operations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite environment
  • Follow instructions, project schedules, and safety procedures
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure workflow efficiency
  • Adhere to OSHA regulations and company safety policies at all times

Qualifications
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in commercial construction or mechanical trades preferred
  • Mechanical Aptitude: Strong willingness to learn HVAC systems and mechanical installation processes
  • Teamwork: Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy materials, work at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying weather conditions
  • Certifications: OSHA 10 certification preferred or willingness to obtain
