Job description

Per Diem Neonatal Nurse Practitioners

Per diem seeking (NNP) neonatal nurse practitioners seeking additional shifts at our Kansas City, MO practice! Apply today!

Responsibilities
  • The system includes three locations: St Lukes Hospital of Kansas City, St Lukes East Lees Summit and St Lukes North.
  • 49-bed, Level-IIIB NICU, a 15-bed Level-IIIA NICU, as well as one Level-II NICU and well-baby coverage.
  • 24 hour and 12 hour inhouse shifts available.
Qualifications
  • Current APRN national specialty certification.
  • Minimum of a master's degree.
  • Minimum of 1 years experience.
  • Active MO license or compact eligible preferred.
Benefits and Compensation

Pediatrix does cover per diem staff travel expenses (round trip flight/rental car or mileage and lodging) for those who reside outside a commutable distance from the practice. This position is W-2. Our benefits include for per diem members:

  • Employee assistance.
  • Malpractice insurance, plus tail coverage.

PTO: Per diem team members are not eligible for PTO.

Holidays: Per diem team members are not eligible for company holidays.

Other compensation: Per diem team members are not eligible for other compensation.
