The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing nursing care and supervision of care in accordance with the clients' plan of care.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform In-Home Consultation at client's home
  • Conducts initial and ongoing assessments
  • Create initial and maintain ongoing Plan of Care of the client's needs
  • Conduct 30-day calls and 60-day client visits
  • Perform initial and annual HHA case orientation, clinical supervisions, and competency review
  • Must be able to communicate promptly with DON and staff
Qualifications:
  • Must be a graduate of an accredited college or university
  • Must be licensed in the State as a Registered Nurse
  • Must have a minimum of one year of experience in home health agency or in a hospital setting
  • Must be familiar with CAHC Accreditation Standards
Compensation: $45.00 - $150.00 per hour
