Registered Nurse - Per Diem / Contract

Job Summary:
ProTouch Staffing is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for per diem and contract night shifts. We have openings across multiple units including Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, Emergency Room, and ICU. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled nurses seeking flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide safe, effective, and compassionate patient care in assigned unit.

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with hospital policies and nursing standards.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient outcomes.

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

Requirements:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois.

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in applicable specialty (Med-Surg, Tele, ER, or ICU preferred).

  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently.

  • Ability to work night shifts.
