Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct nursing care to residents following individualised care plans and facility policies.
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately within LPN scope of practice.
  • Provide comprehensive nursing assessment, care planning, and evaluation for a caseload of post-acute and long-term residents.
  • Supervise and direct LPNs and CNAs, ensuring safe, high-quality care and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • Active, unencumbered LPN or RN licence in the state of New Mexico.
  • Minimum 1 year recent SNF, LTC, or post-acute rehab experience preferred.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification.
  • Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and commute reliably to Gallup, NM.
