Job Specifics:
  • Location: 744 S Webster Ave, Green Bay, WI 54301
  • FTE Status: Per Diem, 0.60 or 0.75 FTE available (24 or 30 hours/week)
  • Hours: Hours will be 3:00am - 3:00pm, with an every third weekend rotation
  • Unit Description: The Belmark Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) is a Level III Family Integrated Care NICU featuring 18 private patient rooms designed to keep mothers and babies together throughout their care journey. Our family-centered model promotes bonding, involvement in care, and improved outcomes while providing advanced neonatal services for premature and critically ill infants. We are committed to delivering exceptional, compassionate care to our smallest patients and their families. We are seeking dedicated and passionate NICU nurses to join our team and help support our growing program.

Job Description:
  • The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible and accountable for providing quality professional nursing care to patients and their families and significant others adhering to the WI Nurse Practice Act, Administrative Code of the WI Board of Nursing, and/or appropriate nursing standards governing nursing in the state of practice, the ANA Nursing Scope and Standards of Practice, the ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses and Bellin Health Policies and Procedures.
  • The responsibility includes providing a safe environment for patients, families, staff, and visitors and working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary health care team to provide the best outcomes for the patient.
  • Responsible for performing invasive ventilation, high frequency ventilation, central lines, nitric oxide, bubble CPAP, and NAVA procedures.

Qualifications:
  • Wisconsin RN license required.
  • Two years of Level III NICU experience required.
