Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand each patient’s unique needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Record and maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring punctuality and attention to detail.
• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and nursing staff, to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes.
• Provide psychoeducation to patients and their families about mental health challenges and treatment options, fostering a supportive and informed environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a broad spectrum of patients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to more complex psychological disorders. Your expertise in counseling and psychotherapy will be crucial in helping these individuals navigate their circumstances, offering them hope and empowerment while developing coping strategies.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Florida is mandatory.
