Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments of patients to identify mental health needs and support systems.
• Developing individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions tailored specifically to each patient.
• Delivering high-quality psychotherapy services, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other relevant therapeutic modalities.
• Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation in adherence to HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and enhance patient outcomes.
• Facilitating regular case reviews and participating in peer consultations to ensure the highest standards of service delivery.
• Providing education and support to patients and families regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources.
• Staying informed about the latest research and innovations in the field of social work and mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role specifically focuses on patients receiving hospice care, dealing with complex emotional and psychological challenges related to terminal illness. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population, providing essential support to individuals and their families during some of the most challenging times in their lives.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Massachusetts.
• A minimum of three years of clinical social work experience, with a focus on psychotherapy is essential.
• Proficiency in solution-focused and evidence-based interventions is expected.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are critical for successful collaboration and patient support.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in hospice or palliative care settings is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while effectively managing a full caseload of patients.
• A strong commitment to ethical practice and adherence to professional standards, including those established by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
