Required Skills

• Self-motivated, passionate professional who is enthusiastic, energetic and teamwork-oriented
• Strong computer navigation and typing skills (minimum of 35 words per minute) (check your skills with a free typing test)

• Excellent analytical and communication skills

Eligibility Requirements

• Must have the ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
• High school diploma or equivalent
• One or more year of customer service experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel or any role where you interacted with customers)
• Ability to work shifts within the center’s hours of operation:
  • Monday - Friday
  • 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern / 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central / 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mountain / 5 a.m. to 3 p.m. Pacific time 
  • No weekends or late shifts!
• Must be able to stick to the schedule reliably, as some queues are time sensitive

Nice to Have

• Experience in warranty administration and / or insurance claims
• Automotive dealership experience (e.g., service department, warranty administration)

Remote Work Requirements

• Michigan resident 
• Secluded and distraction-free work environment
• Required internet setup:
  • High-speed internet delivered through a wired provider (cable or fiber)
  • Computer must be physically connected to your modem / router using an Ethernet cable
  • Wireless, 5G and satellite connections are not supported
