• Conduct thorough client evaluations to assess mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that promote therapeutic goals.
• Facilitate engaging and meaningful therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other dynamic therapeutic methodologies.
• Implement behavioral management techniques as needed to address specific issues raised by clients, particularly in crisis situations.
• Document all therapy sessions, treatment plans, and client progress in compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies, utilizing electronic medical record systems for efficient data management.
• Participate in regular case consultations with colleagues and attend ongoing professional development workshops to enhance therapeutic skills and stay updated on best practices.

Our clients range from children to adolescents, each facing unique mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. As a therapist at Deeply Well Counseling, you will play a vital role in providing targeted support to help these clients navigate their emotional landscapes, develop coping strategies, and achieve their mental health goals.

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure or certification as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• At least two years of professional experience in a clinical mental health setting, demonstrating a solid record of successful client interactions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport and build effective client relationships.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is highly desirable.

• Experience working with children and adolescents, particularly those from diverse backgrounds.
• Training in specialized therapeutic techniques relevant to the needs of the client population served.
• Understanding of community resources and referrals that can support clients' comprehensive care.
