Job description

As a Senior Agile Specialist you will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to lead complex business analysis initiatives while facilitating Agile delivery. This role is responsible for translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements, driving stakeholder alignment, and enabling predictable, high-quality delivery through effective Scrum practices.
You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach teams on Scrum principles, remove impediments, support backlog refinement, and promote continuous improvement to help teams deliver value efficiently and consistently.
Primary Duties
1- Support business analysis and stakeholder alignment by eliciting requirements, translating needs into clear user stories, and ensuring solutions align with business goals and technical constraints
2. Facilitate agile delivery and team effectiveness by leading Scrum ceremonies, coaching on Scrum principles, removing impediments, and fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
3. Support value delivery and continuous improvement by leveraging insights, facilitating UAT and go-live readiness, mitigating risks, and mentoring team members
4. Drive stakeholder alignment by maintaining a prioritized backlog, facilitating workshops, and ensuring solutions meet business objectives and delivery priorities
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Health Informatics, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in business analysis with agile environments

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Business analysis and/or Scrum Master certifications (Preferred)
  • Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into Salesforce solutions that are user-friendly, efficient, and maintainable.
  • Proficiency in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and documentation to support agile development and stakeholder alignment.
  • Skilled in facilitating requirements workshops, backlog refinement sessions, and stakeholder interviews
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of collaborating across business, technical, and leadership teams.
  • Scaled Agile and/or Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Admin, Business Analyst) that demonstrate ongoing professional development and platform expertise.
